Festival Millenni 18
Festival Mil·lenni 18 presents a diverse programming styles suitable to satisfy all audiences. The festival features concerts spread across forty different scenarios Barcelona from this November to May 2017 and there are still some names to be confirmed. The sites for the performances will remain the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Auditori, the Palau de la Música and other venues such as Razzmatazz, Apolo, Bikini or BARTS to which this year adds El Molino and Casino L'Aliança. The genres of music spread from classical music to rock to international pop. Some big names in the line up include Jain, The Devine Comedy and many more. Surely there is something to see for everyone.

Being self-employed, or “autónomo” in Spain is a more than ideal subject for a music comedy, in fact it’s almost surprising that this is the first time such a concept has been brought to the stage.
Set in a not too distant future, the crisis has come to an end and everyone is enjoying a stable job and maximum happiness. Alex’s wonderful life is shaken up when he’s canned and on the street. With one hand reaching ahead and the other on his mobile phone, like everyone else today, he will be forced to take charge of his own life: and self-employment is the only way forward. “Autonomos, the Musical” is a comedy that recounts the adventures of a thirty-something freelancer trying to survive against the cruel Tax Agency, clients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and a very odd accountant…
