With the Pyrenees so close at hand, it is a must-do experience for all snow board and ski addicts.

PORT DEL COMTE, 2400 metres, 2 ½ hours drive: located in the province of Lleida its ski station is situated in one of the most charming pre-Pyrenean locations.

C16 from BCN to Berga, C26 for a short while until you get to BV4241 leading you to Port del Comte

ESPOTESQUI station, 4 hour drive: with 32 ski slopes and fully serviced, this ski station offers itself for a great weekend in the snow for all levels of skier and snowboarders. With five black slopes, some surrounded by trees and woodland and several red slopes; the hard core snowboarders and skiers are well served here. But don't forget, with Andorra just round the corner it would be a shame not to pay it a visit.

Berga then onto the N260 to Sort, but beware, the N260 turns off the main direction at Adrall, and then C13 at Sort taking you to Espot.

BAQUEIRA BERET 4 ½ hour drive: with 1535 hectar of skiable areas any snow addict will be well served here. you can enjoy pretty much any activity to do with snow, from slalom to building snow men. It boasts 5 black, 20 red, 25 blue, and 4 green ski slopes, a slalom stadium and to make sure that on warmer days the fun does not end it has over 500 snow cannons.
