Market La Boquería

La Boquería is undeniably the most well known and best food market in the city, and if this is your first market experience, you are in for a treat. It is popular with tourists and residents alike, filled with stalls selling a wide and colourful variety of fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, sweets, nuts, spices, and preserves. There are also various tapas bars where you can try the produce freshly cooked, and even an organic bar at the back. La Boqueria is located on the Rambla near the metro stop Liceu.
