There are various options for hiring a boat in Barcelona, and all can be investigated in Port Vell. The Real Club Nautico and the Business Yacht Club both offer boat hire for members and non-members. An internationally recognized license is needed if you want to take the boat yourself. If you are not qualified, you can hire a boat with a skipper, who will be responsible for navigating the waves.
