 | The Milleni concerts go well into the New Year with an eceltic mix of classic artists from the France’s Benjamin Biolay, with his new album ‘La Suberb’, to the smooth soul vocals of Joss Stone. Barcelona’s most prestigious venues Palau de la Musica, L’Auditori and Gran Theatre de Liceu present Woddy Allen and his New Orleans Jazz Band, deep folk sounds from Joan Baez and the classic Michael Bolton. This year’s festival opens on the 9th December with a spirit lifting concert from America’s most famous gospel choir, Angels in Harlem Gospel Choir, founded in 1986 performing ‘Remembering Michael Jackson’ which they performed in times Square of the day of his funeral. Within December the performances will continue to present some of the greatest current musicians with Russian Red, the indie Spanish singer and songwriter on the 11 December.
