Sports Centres in Barcelona

Barcelona is a city with a long beach season, so keeping slim and trim for the sand and sea scene is definitely recommended. And apparently there are some healthy side-effects to keeping fit too!

There are plenty of gyms and popular fitness centres in town. From the more straightforward gyms with basic facilities to ultra modern deluxe gyms with all the facilities one could possibly wish for and more. Many gyms will assign you a personal fitness instructor who will help you pick a work out that best suits you, and of course show you how to use the equipment without damaging yourself!
